Court Rules

The Discovery Ridge Tennis, Mini-Tennis, and Pickleball Courts are available for DRCA member use during the spring, summer, and fall months. The lights for evening play are on timers that turn the lights off automatically.

If you intend to use the courts at the Recreation Facility, please be respectful and adhere to the following court rules.

Tennis Court Rules

  1. Courts are for TENNIS ONLY. No other use is permitted at any time.
  2. No bicycles, skateboards, or in-line skates are permitted on tennis courts.
  3. Courts are for DRCA members and their guests. Memberships can be purchased here.
  4. The DRCA reserves the right to schedule group lessons or other activities that have priority over other uses.
  5. Court use is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes for singles or 45 minutes for doubles when others are waiting to play.
  6. No dogs allowed on courts.
  7. Please keep courts clean and free of garbage, rocks, and other debris.
  8. Do not sit or lean on nets.
  9. Use courts at your own risk.

*Children and families are encouraged to use the mini tennis court when available (located on the adjacent rink).

Mini-Tennis and Pickleball Court Rules

  1. Priority use of the mini-courts is for children/families and/or those wishing to play pickleball.
  2. Courts are for DRCA members and their guests. Memberships can be purchased here.
  3. The DRCA reserves the right to schedule group lessons or other activities on the court or rink that have priority over other uses.
  4. Court use is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes when others are waiting to play.
  5. Use caution and take care if you need to move portable nets into place.
  6. Use courts at your own risk.
