On Saturday, September 19, from 12:00–4:00 p.m., Friends of Fish Creek are hosting a free, family‑friendly Bear Smart Community Day at the Fish Creek Environmental Learning Centre.
With wildlife activity in and around our neighbourhood, learning how to live safely alongside bears isn’t just helpful — it’s essential. This event offers practical guidance from experts, engaging presentations, community partner booths, and fun hands‑on activities and crafts for kids. It’s a great way to stay informed, stay safe, and enjoy an afternoon in the park.
